There are some speculations that the sequel will be out next year whereas Wikia writes that the release date of the Zootopia 2 is October 7, 2024. We cannot tell for sure which date is correct, but 2018 seems unrealistic. We could take a guess as we know that it will not be soon because the directors have just gathered needed material. There is still a lot of work to do before we get to see Zootopia 2 on the silver screen.
