Both of the directors are excited about the upcoming sequel, and they have said that the focus will be on Hopps and Wilde’s relationship. The course of their relationship is unknown at the moment, and some of the fans want them to get married, whereas the other ones suggest it is better if they would stay friends. Both options are currently on the table.
