Sean Lee’s absence presents a huge blow to the Cowboys’ defense. It’s obvious. When Lee plays, the team’s defense is a top 10 defense that can slow down every opponent’s running game and limit big plays considerably. On the other hand, when Lee doesn’t play things take a turn for the worse. The America’s Team gave up 160 rushing yards, 30 points and lose, of course. Numbers don’t lie, and we too are amazed at how one man can affect the performance of the whole team. Slowing down the Redskins without Lee can be considered a success, but add a Pro Bowl level talent at the end of the year when other teams are worn out, and you’ll get a huge boost for your playoff run.
