One more thing that ruined Hulk’s chances of returning to Hollywood is probably the videotape scandal which included him and Heather Cole in action, the wife of Hogan’s friend Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem. Heather later testified that Hogan was just one of many people Bubba made her to be intimate with, and during the trial, she also insisted that she had no idea that her husband is videotaping her the whole time. The story was broken to the broad masses by the news site Gawker which later, after Hogan filed a lawsuit against them, had to pay him $31 million in damages which inevitably led to the Gawker’s demise in 2016. What would make this even more bizarre and laughable is that if Hollywood ever decided to make a movie based on a true story like this one, they would have to cast The Rock to play Hulk since he can’t get a job in the industry anymore.
