At 5’8” and 255 pounds this guy has some impressive features like 23” arms and a trim 32” waist, but what really makes him stand out is his impressive 57” chest. In 2009, Jackson bench pressed 523 pounds and deadlifted 815 pounds which earned him the title of Mr. Olympia title, but in his 40s he managed to achieve his personal best when he deadlifted 832 pounds. His gym routine is noteworthy and consists of incline barbell press, bench press, decline barbell press, weighted dips, and cable flys to keep his chest big. To keep his body fueled he has seven or eight meals a day.
