This English basically destroyed this sport with his six consecutive Mr. Olympia titles. He prefers High Intensity Interval Training methods that basically means doing an activity with extremely high intensity for short periods of time. The strangest thing he did was staying off the grid for some periods of time, mainly to keep competition guessing, and he liked to, simply, pop up on the competition which usually caught his competitors off guard, and this guy would almost always win. Injuries to his biceps and triceps forced him to retire early, but he is still around thanks to several of his gyms in the UK and a line of Dorian Yates Ultimate Formulas.
