Did anyone of you ever think that the F&F movie franchise will develop to this level and last as long as it is? Back in 2001 when the first movie came, based on the article “Racer X” from Kenneth Li, none of us had the slightest idea that it would last this far or that it would have seven more than successful sequels so far while 8, 9 and 10 are in the preparation.

You already know that we saw seven very action-packed movies and that we all took pretty hard the info about Paul Walker‘s (Brian O’Conner) premature death, but since we all know that they (Brian and Mia) have two children we are with anticipation expecting to see how that situation will resolve further. What made us even happier is the latest news, that we have already covered on our site, about a possibility that we might see Brian once again.

Now to the story from the headline. The filming of Fast 8 has finished mid-August, and there have been some promises about a trailer that is coming sometime in December. All of this is confirmed by a photo posted by Vin Diesel (who likes to keep in touch with his fans) on his Facebook Timeline revealing the premier date of the trailer. Now this is something that makes our imagination tingle. We can only imagine what are the team getting them self into now. According to some rumors, the 8th movie will be even crazier, and offer even more action packed scenes than all others before. We just have to wait and count days until the trailer to see a part of the action and catch a glimpse of Charlize Theron as the villain. Furthermore, a sneak peak of Paul Walker just to confirm that his brothers gave the go ahead for bringing him back – or not, and of course – the announced jet-powered cars.

The cast shouldn’t change at all, meaning that the regulars (Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster (she is under question mark), Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel and Lucas Black) will find their way into this sequel. Few people should be added to the crew, and we will see Scott Eastwood, Oscar-winner Helen Mirren, and Kristofer Hivju (Game of Thrones) as the “muscle” for Charlize Theron. This might gladden some of you – Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, and Kurt Russell are confirmed to return as well.

And one more addition to all of this, we have some info about the premiere dates, and they say that the Fast 8, directed by F. Gary Gray will race into theaters on April 14, 2017. After this, a ninth film is to be released April 19, 2019, and a tenth which is planned for April 2, 2024. Lots to look forward!
