We’re sure you have already read a lot about the feud between Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne The Rock Johnson, and we assume you have been wondering when it will finally end. Well, a few days ago, Gibson announced that he was putting an end to it. Unfortunately, that means that we won’t get to see him in Fast and Furious ninth installment.
Namely, the actor posted a photo of Johnson, Vin Diesel, and himself in it with the following caption: “Hello world………. hello loyal fans and loved ones from OUR fast universe…….. I’m sorry to announce that if Dewayne is in Fast9 there will no more Roman Peirce – You mess with family and my daughter’s survival I mess with yours……… close your eyes dude you’re a “Clown”……” As you can guess, the “clown” part refers to The Rock, and his name is misspelled on purpose, so it’s quite clear that Gibson still bears a grudge against the former wrestler. The actor didn’t even try to hide it, as he also added: “I just got a problem with Dwayne; it appears he’s being selfish. It appears that he’s so focused on furthering his own self-interest.”
At first, Vin Diesel tried to calm Gibson down, but it was only after the actor had talked with Johnson’s associates that he finally decided to stop the feud. Even though this man claims he really does respect Johnson’s associate, he still refuses to apologize for anything previously said, let alone show some respect for Johnson himself.
That’s all we know so far. Fast and Furious 9 is set to hit theaters in April 2019, so who knows what else can happen until then. In the meantime, stay tuned, and we’ll make sure you’re the first in line to find out the latest news about the upcoming sequel.
