Walker’s career and popularity sky-rocketed in 2001 when he took the role of an undercover LAPD officer Brian O’Conner. This guy got involved in the local street racing scene. Many fans claim that the part he acquired for the Fast and the Furious movie franchise is the role of his life, the one for which he will be remembered forever. And that isn’t far from the truth. ‘I love doing action. I love it. It’s so much fun,’ Walker told Hollywood.com at the time the first film came out. ‘I want to be as involved in it as possible. It’s either sitting around and watching someone else do it, or doing it yourself; I’d rather be doing it myself.’
