Bengal cat has become a common exotic pet, and you can find it if you know where to look. It appeared as a mix of the domestic black cat with the short hair and Asian leopard. The goal of combining these two species is to create a breed which is smaller, but with the look of the exotic leopard. Of course, it takes time to do this, so, approximately, it takes five generations to create a perfect Bengal cat.
