Fans of the famous show ‘The Vampire Diaries’ must be anxious to know what its final season means for its spin-off show – ‘The Originals.’
The gripping end of the previous season of ‘The Originals’ left us all wondering in which direction the show will go next. As we know, the Mikaelsons were left in not so enviable position, which lures us into watching the next season and see where it will take us.
According to Julie Plec, the executive producer of the series, the fact that ‘The Vampire Diaries’ show has come to an end doesn’t imply the same for ‘The Originals.’ In her interview with Nerdist, she stated that the upcoming season might go even deeper into the characters of ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ despite that TV Show has ended.
She doesn’t intend for it to have any impact on the ending series, she just says it may be an opportunity for great fans to see their loved characters once again in ‘The Originals.’
Apart from that, rumor has it that a character from ‘The Vampire Diaries’ will appear in ‘The Originals.’ Not only appear, but join the cast for a longer period. Unfortunately for fans, Plec didn’t want to say anything about who it may be, which caused quite a stir and a variety of assumptions.
Moreover, there were many speculations that The Originals will be canceled. This would certainly be quite a disappointment for an enormous number of fans. Even this is highly unlikely to happen at this point it is interesting to see that it was considered as there are many fans of this show.
In the meantime, what we have found out is the release date for the new season. Although there are many unrevealed details, probably this is the most important one and the one that interests the audience the most.
