This is the one player who does not have the stats to back his rank on this list, but he has something else that places him here. Aikman was the one player who made the biggest contributions and played the most important role in the most dominant dynasty of the last 25 years. He was the No.1 overall draft pick back in 1989, he played for 12 seasons with Cowboys colors and retired as a franchise leader in passing yardage with 32.942 yards. But besides that, he also managed to lead his team to three Super Bowl championships earning six Pro Bowl Selections and 1993 All-Pro honors along the way. Thanks to this in 2006 he managed to reach the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
