Roger “the Dodger” Staubach is the best player in Cowboys history, but you saw this from a mile away, didn’t you? This guy led the team to 2 Super Bowl titles and five NFC Championships. In 1971 he was picked as an NFL MVP, he was a six-time Pro Bowl selection and Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee in 1985. When he retired, this man was the second highest rated passer of all time with a career quarterback rating of 83.4.
