A well-known series, World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman or, as some of you may not know, “Seiken Tsukai no World Break” first premiered on January 11, 2015, and it immediately gained a large number of fans. It is an anime adaptation of the same-named Japanese light novel series. Its director is Inagaki Takayuki, writer Hiroshi Yamaguchi, and producer Atsunori Yoshida. It broadcasted in North America and Australia as well.
The storyline of the series revolves around the Akane Academy, which is a high school for the weird students called Saviors. They are pupils who have the ability to remember and reconstruct their previous lives. Kids from all over Japan are gathered in this Academy so they could be taught to use their magic.
They are divided into two groups: Kuroma group which encourages the use of their magical skills and Shirogane, which consists of students who have great skills at using weapons and martial techniques. The Academy trains its pupils with the goal to resist monsters called Metaphysicals, and they often attack humans.
Therefore, the main focus of the anime series is on Moroha Haimura, who is divergent and has more than one past life. One character from his past is Fiaga, a Swordmaster, whereas his other personality he used to be in the past is Shu Saura, a Kind of the Netherworld. Due to the fact that he is peculiar, he succeeded in enrolling in the Academy and afterward joining the Striker Unite, which is an elite team of the Academy.

The final episode of the first season aired on March 29, 2015, which was almost two years ago. We can all agree it is high time that they unveil their plans regarding the renewal of the series for a second season. The official release date hasn’t been announced yet, but we hope they will finally decide on it. We’re looking forward to its next season and any update on it.
