Has the ship already sailed for the Arizona Cardinals? They are still in play in the NFC, but are they good enough to make a Playoff run? It doesn’t seem that they have it in themselves. A good thing for this crew is the fact that they will be going up against a team that they already destroyed this season, the San Francisco 49ers.
David Johnson has been sensational last time against the Niners, and we have no reason to believe that San Francisco will find a way to stop the Cardinals this time around. Their season is done so they are now playing only for draft picks. Nothing more than that.
Colin Kaepernick has been better than Blaine Gabert, that’s for sure. This team has been much more fun to watch and follow with him under the center. Chip Kelly needs to figure out how to win a few games before this season ends and he gets fired. If he keeps this going, he will need to look for a new job next season.
Arizona is a shell of former selves, and they bring completely different performance than that of last year. Still, this is a better team than it’s record shows and they are for sure a better squad than the Niners are. Even though San Francisco company has made some improvements, they are still the worst team in the division.
That is why we are picking the Arizona Cardinals to win this match by default. It’s going to be fun to see if Colin Kaepernick can follow up on his Week 9 performance. We think he won’t be able to do it on the road and that Cards will take this game 35:20.
