As we all know, Rick and Morty Season 3 has been postponed. Many fans were eagerly waiting for the new season, but Adult Swim announced that it would not be brought to the light before 2017.
According to IMDB, the release date was delayed until January 9, however, we faced disappointment one more time. Justin Roiland tweeted that the new episode will not be coming on that date.
RICK AND MORTY SEASON 3: WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR
While waiting for the season 3 to arrive finally we could take a look at what is that we can expect in the new season to come. Gathering all the information we have, we could kill some time and give rein to our imagination.
In brief, Rick Sanchez has clawed his way out of the prison he was put into at the end of the previous season. We got a sneak peek into the scene where he takes Morty out of school and, in spite of his deprecation, they start their adventures together.
The main reason for Morty’s disapproval is Jessica, whom he has a crush on! He wants her attention, and he was on the verge of getting it when Rick appeared and interrupted him in his plans.
And as for the allusion to Star Wars, the question that could be asked is whether we will be seeing Darth Vader in the upcoming season? Well, it only remains to wait and see.
We don’t know why the team needs so much time to release the new season, reasons are not familiar. All in all, what matters is that the season is completed and that it will soon find its way to its fans.
