The 52-year-old Bezos is in the process of building his empire. He has a ranch in Texas, a house in the state of Washington, three apartments in Manhattan and property at Beverly Hills with Tom Cruise as a first neighbor. His “mansion” in Medina, near “Amazon” has more than two hectares, and on that property, he has a cottage and a boathouse on Lake Washington.
