If you asked us about this matchup last week, we wouldn’t be interested in talking about it. A lot of people probably didn’t care about this Thursday Night Football game between the Rams and the ‘Hawks. But after few things changed since Sunday we will have an interesting match on our hands.
Rams have fired their long-time head coach Jeff Fisher while the Seahawks played one of the worst games ever since Russell Wilson became the quarterback of this franchise. Seattle’s signal caller never lost a duel that resulted in more than a 10-point deficit for the Seahawks. He threw 5 INTs on the day against the Packers. Bouncing back is what Seahawks do the best, and they will have a great shot at doing that against LA.
Rams are one of the worst teams in the NFL, there is no doubt about that. Their offense has struggled big time, and Jeff Fisher might be one of the major factors in those struggles as his own running back said that he was running a “middle school” offense. A lot of people are glad that his tenure with the squad is over and that franchise can now move on.
Seattle’s defense had a tough time at Lambeau without Earl Thomas, but he was not the main reason why ‘Hawks struggled as much as they did. Luckily for them, they will be going up against awful Rams offense that is a perfect opponent for them as they need to get back on the winning track.
We are picking the Seattle Seahawks to win this Thursday Night Matchup at home. Los Angeles has entered the new era without Fisher, but it will not start as well as it could if they had an easier opponent on Thursday. Seahawks will win this game 26:14 behind a strong all-around performance on both sides of the ball.
