We already know that Jason Witten is going to be a member of the Hall of Fame after he decides to step away from the game. He has been one of the best tight ends that the NFL has seen in recent memory and he is showing no signs of slowing down. The Cowboys will use him a lot this season and he is going to be a crucial part of what they will be trying to do this year.
But, when we look at this roster, he is not the only possible NFL Hall of Famer on the roster. The first other that comes to mind is Dak Prescott. If he wins a Super Bowl and has some solid numbers to back that up, there is no doubt that he is going to end up in the Hall of Fame when everything is set and done. Even if he doesn’t win the ring, if he has a lot of years under his belt in which he has been one of the best QBs in the league, he will make it.
Ezekiel Elliott is another player that might be a Hall of Famer, but he is more stat dependent than Prescott. Winning the ring would help him for sure, but he needs those stats in order to make it. Dez Bryant has proven to be talented, but he needs to stay healthy and to win a championship in order to be considered as a Hall of Famer after he calls it a career.
There is a chance that some of the offensive line players on the Cowboys can make it if they continue being the best o-line in the game and really help the Cowboys rise back to the top of the NFL.
