Bayley has won the title from Charlotte just a couple of weeks ago on Monday Night Raw, but everybody expected her to drop the championship back to The Queen at the Fastlane PPV as she had that pay per view winning streak going. Nobody believed that WWE is going to give up on that streak at B-level PPV, but it happened.
She got her rematch set for Wrestlemania on a Raw edition after the pay per view, but Sasha had the opportunity to get into the match and make it a triple-threat if she beat Bayley on Raw. The Boss was successful in her encounter with the champion, and she has booked her ticket to Wrestlemania. The match for the Raw Women’s Title is a triple-threat match as of right now, but the question is: will it stay that way?
The original plans for the women of Raw were to have a fatal four-way for the title with Nia Jax also being in the mix. That match is still not official yet, but with her beating Bayley on this week’s edition of Raw, the logical move would be for her to be in the match too.
It seems that the company has revisited that original idea and that this match is indeed going to involve four women going up against each other for the title. Nobody knows who is going to walk away with the title at the grandest stage of them all. It’s going to be tough to predict the winner here as many people were picking Sasha to win it last year, but the creative went with Charlotte.
If we had to pick our favorite, it would be Charlotte, but anything can happen in Orlando in three weeks.
