As all of you are familiar with, Paul Walker died in November 2013 at the age of 40 in a high-speed fiery crash over Thanksgiving weekend.

Paul had a daughter with his ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros. She has become extremely popular on social networks with over one million followers. Meadow Walker, the actor’s 18-year-old only child, sued Porsche in 2015 claiming that her father was burned alive because he was trapped by a faulty seatbelt. What was also stated in the lawsuit is that Porsche knew that the Carrera GT was famous for its ‘instability and control issues.’

Nonetheless, a few days ago Meadow Walker settled her wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche. According to some reports, on October 16 she reached an agreement with the German carmaker with the terms of the settlement being proclaimed confidential. Meadow, on one side and Porsche on the other, requested the dismissal of the wrongful death case as part of the terms.

Furthermore, there are court documents which show that Paul William Walker III, Paul’s father, also settled his own lawsuit against Porsche. Except for this, Meadow was previously awarded 10.1 million dollars in a settlement from the estate of Roger Rodas in 2016.

Roger Rodas, who was 38 years old, was the one who was driving the Carrera GT at the moment of the accident. The accident in which both Paul and Roger died happened after Walker’s attending his charity event for typhoon victims. The Porsche was going at a speed of between 80 and 93 mph in a 45 mph zone, which led to its careening off the road and hitting a concrete lamp post and two trees. It immediately became engulfed in flames.

At the time of his death, Paul was filming Furious 7, so his brothers Caleb and Cody finished his scenes as stand-ins. His co-star from Fast and Furious and his great friend, Vin Diesel is Meadow’s godfather.
