An American television series iZombie is returning with the Season 3, which has already been officially announced. The impatient fans of the show are eager to see in which direction the new episodes are going to take them this time.
On the premiere date, we can expect not only the first but also the second episode of a new season. This means that the audience has much to look forward to. Mark Pedowitz, CW president, stated:
“The CW has become home to some of the most critically-acclaimed shows on broadcast television, with a wide array of fantastic scripted series across the week, ranging from musical comedy to superhero action, to gritty sci-fi dramas.”
We know from the previous season that Vivian Stoll, played by Andrea Savage, is about to carry out her evil plan. She will become one of the major protagonists in the new sequel. According to Entertainment Weekly, Vivian wants Seattle to be “the capital of the zombie homeland,” and she will not stop before she sees it becoming true.
On the other hand, we could hear that there will be some new romance on the horizon. It will revolve around Liv (Rose McIver) and Chase Graves, played by a new cast member Jason Dohring. He will appear in the sequel’s episode 8 entitled “Eat a Knievel,” according to TV Insider. However, they will encounter some difficulties on their way. Namely, as it turns out, Chase is Vivian’s brother-in-law, which means that he is going to have to pick sides.

The release date of iZombie season 3 is April 4 at 8 pm, only on CW.
