Up till now, a major focus of the upcoming event has been the expected launch of Nokia Lumia 1520, which is said to be 6 inches in display. Specifications of Lumia 1520 include Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, a Nano-SIM and a micro SD card slot. It will probably be equipped with 20 megapixel rear camera and a 6 inch full HD display.

Samsung is also aggressively launching the products, and recently said that it will unveil a smartphone with curved display in October. Samsung wants to maintain its dominance in the smartphone category, which will prove a major challenge for Nokia.
Curved display is the primary stage of shifting or bendable designs of smartphone, which will bring major change in the way the smartphones are perceived at present. Curved Display can be found in the Televisions at present, with Samsung and LG Electronics being the first one to launch such TVs.
