6Tim Burton did not direct The Nightmare Before Christmas
It may sound strange, but it is true. Tim Burton wasn’t the director of The Night Before Christmas. The filmmaker behind Beetlejuice and Pee Wee’s Big Adventure gets the credits here. Burton came up with the idea for the movie and the story, but Henry Selick actually directed it. Burton had too much on his plate with Batman Returns.
