It’s a shame that we won’t be able to see these two teams playing against each other while in full force. Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be forced to miss this game, and that will take away a lot from this duel. Two of the best offenses and best squads in the AFC will clash on Sunday, but Steelers aren’t the same without their star QB.
Patriots offense is making a case for the best in the NFL, and it just might be better than the one Pittsburgh has even when Big Ben is running the show. Rob Gronkowski is on fire right now so we can expect him to torch this Steelers defense. This is the team that is terrible when it comes to defending the tight end position. Unfortunately for them, Patriots are running that two TE system which is deadly. Tomlin’s squad will have a lot on their plate.
Steelers are a shell of themselves when Landry Jones is under the center. There is no reason for anybody to believe that we are going to see a different Pittsburgh team then we saw in the past when Jones was running the show. Antonio Brown can be slowed down when he is the one who is throwing him the ball. Mike Tomlin will try to carry the ball with Le’Veon Bell, but Bill Belichick will be prepared for that since it’s pretty clear why Steelers will lean on their star back.
This match would be much tougher to pick if Big Ben was on the field. Since he is not, our pick is predictable. We are predicting that the New England Patriots will win this game 27:17.
