While the Minnesota Vikings had a pretty good start to the season, it took a while for the Packers to get it going and to find their mojo. Their starting quarterback led by example after he stated that this team could run the table. It seems that he was not wrong as the squad has won four straight after that and the offense is looking good.
Vikings have fallen off since their hot 5-0 start. The offensive line is not looking good as they can’t protect Sam Bradford while they are also not doing a good job in the blocking game. Grant it, their backs are not elite, but they are still better than what their performance was so far.
We knew what Packers’ offense could do when Aaron Rodgers is at his best. That game-winning pass in Chicago was a thing of beauty. He has made big plays in the past couple of games as he has thrown 10 TD passes with no picks ever since he stated that this team could win out. The defense has improved while having its best day against Seattle. They had a lot of picks against the Bears, but they did allow them to get back into the game.
Mike Zimmer has made a living in the past couple of season by stopping and slowing down Aaron Rodgers, but we don’t think he will be able to do it this time. This is a crucial match for the Green Bay Packers, they are playing at home, and we don’t see them dropping this one. Lambeau is a tough place to play, especially this time of the year when it’s usually freezing and when the Packers are trying to make a Super Bowl run. Vikings are just at the wrong place at the wrong time, so we expect the Packers to win this game 26:16.
