Julia Vins comes from Russia, and she is only 20, but she managed to get the body men all around the world have always wanted. She is into bodybuilding, and for a short time, she trained to sculpture the body even Arnold Schwarzenegger would desire. She has been posting photos on social media, and some people have agreed that her gorgeous face doesn’t fit her muscular body.
The young Russian is currently one of the most famous girls on the Instagram, and she got the nickname “Terminator Barbie” which may be the best description to use when talking about Julia. She started with bodybuilding at the age of 15 and one of the reasons for that, as she said, is that she was overweight and was often teased in school due to which she lost her self-esteem. Julia Vins decided to change, but she liked bodybuilding so much that she decided to keep doing it and break records set by other women.
What surprises everyone is her masculine posture. The women who are exercising, usually have nicely-sculptured bodies and muscle definition, but Julia appears to be the “strongman” and definitely could participate in that kind of competitions. The Barbie admitted that she wants to be as bigger as possible, and her idols are no-one else but Arnold Schwartzenegger and Ronnie Coleman.
Meanwhile, her diet is also strict and complex, and she spends hours on preparing food that could help her gain weight and transform that into muscles later on in the gym. Julia still hasn’t set her goals, but she is not going to stop soon, and she plans to continue building her muscles.
