Since Stephanie McMahon came back and told that Kurt Angle’s job is going to be in danger if his team doesn’t perform at the Survivor Series, there is no time for fun and games anymore. It is time to start taking this battle seriously and for him to pick guys that are going to go to war with him against Shane McMahon and Smackdown Live.
Braun Strowman made his return in the dominating fashion last night. That was his first appearance since the Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay per view and he is back doing what he does best – destroying everything that is in his path and making everybody looking like they can’t even scratch him.
Since Kurt saw that, he decided that Strowman is going to be the first member of the team Raw. General Manager of the red brand announced that on Twitter.
There have been reports that Strowman would face Kane at the SS since they had their problems at the Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Since probably nobody is really interested in seeing that battle, WWE made the right decision by putting him in this match.
The rumors are also swirling that he will be joined by Angle, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Finn Balor at the final dual branded PPV of the year. So far, the poster that they are on as a marketing piece for the event is correct. Strowman is not battling the Big Red Machine and is going to be there to give a huge boost to the Raw team in this 5v5 traditional elimination match. We’ll see if the poster was right about all the other guys in the coming weeks.
