With the release date of the highly-anticipated Justice League getting closer, the Internet is flooded with news about the upcoming box office breaker. No wonder – this will be the first full-length film to feature all these superheroes: Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher). As for the plot, it has been revealed that this amazing crew will try to “to stop Steppenwolf and his legion of Paredemons in their quest for world-domination.”
As a part of the movie promotion, several different posters have been delivered so far, but now we finally get to see the one which has all six previously listed superheroes in it. What’s interesting to note is that Justice League promo materials have finally started featuring Superman. In case you haven’t noticed it, Superman was not included in the first couple of promotional shots released earlier. However, even though he was not there, we all knew Superman will simply have to return at some point, sooner or later. We just knew it, right? Yes, he supposedly dies in “Batman vs. Superman,” but it seemed impossible that he wouldn’t make another appearance sometime along the way.
Joss Whedon, who will direct the upcoming “Batgirl,” is in charge of doing reshoots for Justice League. Some time ago, he stepped in to finish the title after Zack Snyder was forced to depart due to a tragic event in his personal life. Ever since then, there have been various speculations suggesting that this will bring about some significant changes not only in the tone of the movie but also related to its ending. Well, we guess we’ll have to wait and see and hope that, should there be such a significant change, it would be for the better.
Justice League is slated to hit theaters in November this year. In the meantime, follow us for more details.
