In a recent interview, he was asked about the matches that he would like to see in the future while also talking about The Rock and whether or not this guy is going to get back to the ring and wrestle one more real match just like he did with John Cena.
When it comes to duels that he wants to see, he said that Braun Strowman against Brock Lesnar would be something that he would enjoy. He also talked about AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura as he was the one to call their match in New Japan Pro Wrestling, saying that if he was a wrestler, he wouldn’t want to go after AJ and Nakamura as they would for sure raise the bar too high.
When he was asked about The Rock possibly returning for one more match, Jim Ross said that he can’t see him coming back. He is too busy with the things that he is doing. There are even rumors that famous actor is going to run for President, but according to Jim Ross, he thinks that his run would increase the chances of him getting back in the ring. The theory behind that is that he would return in order to reconnect with the audience as a way to increase the number of voters.
