Dwayne Johnson is one of the most inspirational actors in Hollywood and he keeps surprising his fans on social media. Even though he likes pulling a leg more often than not, he doesn’t let anyone make any jokes about the young version of himself.

The Rock responded to an account on Twitter that shared a photo of him back in the day. The first thing we notice is black hair and an attempt of a beard. And the worst thing out of all is that he used to play for the team which shared his photo. Is this how they decided to pay him back?

The Calgary Stampeders wrote: “Now that’s a nice headshot, eh @TheRock?”

It is unclear whether they attempted to embarrass The Rock or whether it was just a friendly teasing (we think it is this one). The Rock was quick to reply: “6’5 280lbs of hungry nightmare (or thirsty dream pending one’s perspective).”

“Also not sure why I thought shaving my goatee but keep my beard was a good choice. Someone throw chunky smiles over here another waffle,” added Johnson.

We already knew that Johnson was not afraid to make jokes about himself, which he confirmed one more time. It is one more way to show that he is a living legend. Recently, he decided to surprise his stunt double with an expensive gift. Tanoai Reed has been his double since The Scorpion King when The Rock debuted on the movie set and he literally put his body on the line for Johnson.

“Over the course of my career, my stunt double has broken multiple bones, severed tendons, torn ligaments and just been an overall dominating bad-ass achieving several “Stuntman of the Year”honors,” Johnson wrote on Instagram. “All done with one goal in mind – [to] deliver the best movie possible to the world.”

And to thank him, Johnson bought him a brand new pickup truck. “As you’ll see the moment I put my hands on my hips, that’s the driver’s cue to pull away and reveal the big surprise,” Johnson explained about the big reveal of the surprise gift.” Not only does Tanoai represent our family and my career with relentless commitment and passion, he also represents an entire Hollywood stunt community that is truly the backbone of our business.”

Anyway, what do you think about that photo of Johnson?
