John McEnroe showed that he knows something else besides tennis. In a video below you can see him play the guitar which has HEAD tennis strings instead of regular strings. The video is some sort of a commercial for the RED initiative in a battle against AIDS.
However, don’t get your hopes high, because McEnroe’s voice is not soothing, but he signed on the guitar. Moreover, this guitar has been signed by many tennis all-stars among which are world number one, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Marin Cilic, Richard Gasquet, Alexander Zverev, Tomas Berdych, Taylor Fritz and Sloane Stephens.
These tennis players also signed the HEAD racquet bag which will along the guitar reach the auction and it will be there by Monday. Whoever buys the guitar will help the RED in their battle against AIDS. You don’t even have to buy the guitar in order to contribute. What you can do is just place the bid in order to help.
Novak Djokovic invites us all to participate. On his Facebook page, he wrote:”What happens when you put HEAD strings on a guitar and have Johnny Mac play? Hehe, singing is not Johnny’s forte (we have that in common) but make sure you watch this video until the end. Great cause, great initiative. Proud to be signing this guitar and helping (RED) to #endAIDS and save lives. You can bid for guitar and help us out!”
