Dallas Cowboys’ owner and general manager Jerry Jones discussed teams injured players and was talking about who is going to play against the Bengals. ‘Boys were shorthanded in the past couple of games, but they are still 3-1. Some of those injured players will be coming back to help them beat this good Cincy team.
Jones knows to paint a pretty picture and play a role of a doctor sometimes. On the other hand, insider information is always good. If we were to trust Jerry, it looks like Dallas will be in a pretty good shape for this Sunday.
According to Cowboys’ owner, Tyron Smith has a real good chance of playing on Sunday. And they will need him to be in that offensive line and make holes for Ezekiel Elliot. If he is unable to go, changes will take place in that O-line, but it looks he might be a go for the match.
He also thinks Dan Bailey will suit up against the Bengals. After having some back problems and reports about Cowboys working out some kickers, it looks like Bailey will be ready to play. His range might be limited, but he will be on the field.
Demarcus Lawrence is still a question mark for Sunday; there are reports that he has been looking good and ready to make his season debut. If this DE does play, he will likely be limited on passing downs.
Nothing was said about Dez Bryant, but it looks like he will miss the game against Cincinnati. This will be the second straight game that he’ll miss because of his knee injury.
