Most people confuse and think that being vegan is the same as being vegetarian. No, it’s a mistake. These two have some similarities, but the things that separate vegans from vegetarians is the fact that they avoid all animal-based foods and products, and believe it or not, that even includes eggs, milk and honey. This way of nutrition is most commonly close to people who have a high environmental conscience and who are trying to make a better world, one that does no harm to living things.
