BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) and AIESEC Canada have entered into an agreement, where the smartphone maker will help the latter’s executive team to stay connected, collaborative and productive as they assist the leadership globally. In the next 12-months, the seven member AIESEC Canada’s executive team will get hold of BlackBerry Z30 devices, which will assist in keeping their demanding schedule up to date and share their experiences.
BBM, BES 10 to help the team
Margaret Stuart, managing director for Canada at BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) said that the company is “proud” to partner with the upcoming “aspiring business leaders.” Stuart added that along with AIESEC Canada “we hope to inspire and encourage leadership, entrepreneurship and excellence on university campuses across the country.”
The executive team will use BBM, BBM Video and Screen Share along with 10 more productivity apps from BlackBerry during their visit to 30 Canadian universities and attending international conferences. BlackBerry 10, customized for enterprise, will provoke AIESEC executives to lower their dependence on email and phone calls. With the help of BlackBerry tools, the executive team will be able to plan, collaborate and execute even when they are at home, in the office, on campus or travelling.
