Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) launched a referral program for its Google Apps for Business to increase the number of enterprises that would use its different tools and improve their productivity and profitability.
Individual who will refer Google Apps for Business will receive a payment of $15 for each customer or user who signs up for a plan and paid for at least 120 days. Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) is offering two plans for users— the Google Apps for Business (business ready), which costs $5/user/month or $50/user/year and the Google Apps for Business with Vault (includes advanced security and e-discovery feature), which costs $10/user/month.
The Google Apps for Business referral program is open for anyone based in the United States and Canada. Individuals interested in joining the referral program will only need to provide his or her name, e-mail address, a valid taxpayer ID number, and a bank account to receive direct deposits. After registering, the participant in the Google Apps for Business referral program will receive a unique referral link from Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG).
According to Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG), participants can refer an unlimited number of customers and will also earn other rewards such as coupon that save their referrals $10/user for the first year and more coupons for continued referrals. The search engine giant said participants will be rewarded for each referral customer’s first 100 users (a user is an individual account that belongs to the customer domain).
Some of the products included in the Google Apps for Business include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Hangouts, Sites, Vault, Sheets, Slides, among others. According to Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG), its apps offers users dozens of critical security features intended to keep data safe and secure. The search engine giant emphasized that users own their data and its Apps tools enable them to control their own data including how and with whom they want to share it.
