Both of these teams showed us something on Sunday. Rams’ offense proved that they could make some plays, move the chains, and score some points. Case Keenum was a big part of that offensive explosion and had a good game even though his squad ended up losing. On the other hand, Odell Beckham Jr. showed up when it was important for his team.
Giants offense can be deadly at times, but can also be a turnover machine. Most of those giveaways are the ones that Eli Manning makes, but Odell also had a fumble on Sunday. These things just can’t happen going forward if they want to make a run at the playoffs.
A win against the Ravens was a step in the right direction, but they need to keep winning, and they will have a great opportunity on Sunday as they will be hosting the Rams.
LA has bounced back after that Monday Night beatdown in San Francisco, but this crew is not looking like a playoff-worthy squad. One week the defense shows up, but the offense doesn’t. On other occasions, it’s the other way around. That is just unacceptable, and they are paying the price right now. What they need to do is for both parts to work on a highest possible level, and in that case, they could hope to see playoffs.
Giants are a better team at this moment even though they have the same record. New York’s offense should be enough for them to win, especially now when Beckham Jr. is on fire. We expect for Giants to take this one with final result somewhere in line 30:20.
