Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) is all set to launch its remodeled Mustang GT’s 2016 model on Monday. According to reports, the new Mustang convertible is going to be available in the California Special Package and Pony Package trims, taking the users backs to the 1960s original Ford Mustang. The prices of the new cars are yet to be released by the company. The customization offers will help users personalize their cars in accordance with their individual tastes, with new black and white strips option, wheels and lots more.
The much-awaited turn signals with the hood vents are going to be the highlight of the new car, forming a standard feature in the retro beauty. Mustang Marketing Engineer, Melanie Banker, said that their team has always been on a lookout to offer features that the customers want in their Mustang. The addition of the hood vent signals is an excellent proof of the same.
Highlights of The New Trims
Expected to be available with the dealers in Q32015, this is going to be the sixth generation of the Ford Mustang. The latest car will also come equipped with the EcoBoost feature, for both the standard Mustang and Mustang GT. Ebony-painted aluminum wheels, ebony leather and miko suede seats with a red logo stitched on them, updated door panel, red carpet, special dashboard in aluminum are some of the highlights of the California Special Package. The Pony Package would include aluminum wheels of 19-inch diameter, a logo of the tri-bar pony on the front grille, chrome surrounds at the windows, side stripe and many other additional features.
The premium package of the 2016 Mustang will also consist of the latest technology SYNC 3 communications and entertainment system from Ford that offers the best connection between the machine and the driver. The voice command feature is much better, and an excellent Wi-Fi network makes it a great car.
Updated Focus RS on Anvil
Ford is going to launch the updated Focus RS sports sedan in 2015 as well and just like the Mustang, and this one will offer features that the customers would love. Confirming the news, Ford states that the new Focus RS will be available in the U.S. markets initially and is not going to face a slowdown in the over-crowded models line-up of the company.
