1010. Hobbs leaves the franchise? Or not?
At the end of Fast 8, Hobbs played by Dwayne The Rock Johnson was offered his old job back in the law enforcement, but he refused after he got a glance from his daughter. Hobbs has officially retired, and he is ready to spend his life peacefully with his loved ones. We could have believed that only if there weren’t Fast and Furious 9. So, Dwayne Johnson will come out of the retirement at some point during the new film.
But what is happening with his feud with Vin Diesel? In the latest movie they shared very little screen time together, and even in the last scene, Dominic looks into the distance. Was that a double? It would be a huge problem if two stars of the franchise cannot stand each other that much. In case Hobbs returns, they will have to get over the quarrel and act like professionals.
