Atlanta Falcons are playing a great brand of football right now. Matty Ice is flinging that football all over the place and nobody can stop him. Falcons offense has been successful against both good and bad defenses. That is the main proof that Ryan and company are legit and that they can deliver when needed.
Eagles have fallen off, but it has nothing to do with Carson Wentz and his performances. He has been good this season, but his weapons are just not there for him. Somebody needs to step up and give this man the help that he needs. If not, he is still going to be forced to throw a lot of short passes.
Falcons look like an easy favorite in this one. Eagles defense has had some struggles in the recent history. Julio Jones and those other weapons will know what to do against Philly and to be honest, we think that there is no way for Philly to stop them. Their only hope is that they can outscore them.
That is a possibility. Defense is not Falcons’ strong suit this season, but it has never been. Still, they are better than expected. At the end of the day, the most important thing is that they are not allowing more points that they can score. Matt Ryan is getting the job done, it’s that simple.
It’s clear who are we going to pick. Matty Ice will have another great day, receivers, and running backs will get open against the Eagles while Wentz won’t be able to respond. Atlanta will take this one 33:24.
