Ezekiel Elliott, Dallas Cowboys star running back, claims that the woman who accused him of assault cheated on him with his ex-teammate and later ‘taunted’ him about it.
Dallas Cowboys player’s ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson, allegedly had a relationship with his former teammate Lucky Whitehead if we were to believe to Ezekiel’s testimony from his appeal hearing last week.
Zeke is currently appealing a six-game suspension that was passed to him after the NFL ruled that he caused physical injuries to Thompson three times in July last year.
During her November interview with NFL investigator Kia Roberts where they discussed those allegations, Thompson admitted becoming ‘friendly’ with Lucky Whitehead.
According to Dallas Morning News Thompson said ‘He and I started talking over social media. We weren’t really dating. Ezekiel found out and I blocked Lucky from my phone.’
Investigator Roberts also asked Thompson about her relationship with Lucky during Ezekiel’s appeal hearing.
According to Thompson, Ezekiel ‘got mad’ because she was dating ‘some guy’ and she confirmed that person at hand was Lucky Whitehead.
We’ll post Kia’s statement from the appeal below.
‘And what I remember her saying because I do kind of remember this specifically is she said that Ezekiel is upset because he found out that I was dating some guy.’

‘I said well, what guy. And she says a guy I met over social media. And then we go over what’s his name.’
When investigators asked Ezekiel for a comment, he claimed that he was ‘pi**ed off’ about the whole situation and that his ex taunted him with texts where she insinuated that she has been intimate with his former teammate.
Elliott also stated that Thompson harassed him after separation.
These were his exact words: ‘So, like I mentioned before, when Tiffany saw me doing well or just doing well without her, she did not like that and she would go through any measure to kind of ruin my moment or ruin what’s going on.’
Ezekiel emphasized one occasion when the Cowboys had a great match and won against Steelers.
‘I had a very good game and while I’m boarding the plane from Pittsburgh to Dallas, I received like 15 texts from an unknown number.’
‘The texts were screen shots of text messages between Tiffany and one of my current teammates that play with me for the Cowboys.’
‘Then there was a picture of a hotel reservation which had her name and also his name on it. Basically, her telling me that she slept with one of my teammates the previous week while we were in Cleveland.’
Complete correspondence from the hearing became available to the public after Elliott and the NFL Players Association filed a lawsuit last week where they tried to overturn his suspension.
