We are just two weeks away from the Royal Rumble and are jumping into the new PPV right away. This time it’s the Elimination Chamber PPV which is also a Smackdown themed show. There are seven matches on this card, and we are going to pick our winners.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Apollo Crews/Kalisto – This is a handicap match that was set during this week’s Smackdown Live episode. We expect that Crews and Kalisto will pull off a win here and that Ziggler will later snap again and hurt his opponents after the match.
Mickie James vs. Becky Lynch – This is the first match for James at the PPV since she returned to the main roster and WWE is probably going to give her a win here, but it won’t be clean.
Nikki Bella vs. Natalya – It seems like Nikki has gotten the best of Natalya so far, so the logical move here for the company is to book Natalya as the winner of this one.
Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss – Alexa has been great as the champion, and we don’t think that Women’s title will change hands at Elimination Chamber. It’s too early for Alexa to drop the title to Naomi, or anyone else on the Smackdown roster.
Luke Harper vs.Randy Orton – This storyline has been the best that Smackdown had to offer in the past couple of months. It’s pretty interesting to see what WWE does with Luke Harper, but Randy will look strong again and will win this match.
Tag Team Turmoil Match – All the teams on SD Live roster will compete for the tag titles that American Alpha possess now. It will be a surprise if they don’t retain the titles at the PPV. The Usos are a dark horse here.
Elimination Chamber Match For The WWE Title – We don’t think that Cena will win this one. The most logical thing to do for the Wrestlemania is to have Wyatt win this and facing Randy Orton at the biggest show of the year. We are going to pick Bray Wyatt to take the title, but it’s going to be interesting to see the new look of the chamber and what WWE does with AJ Styles here.
