Apparently, something very interesting happened on Monday morning when Dwayne made a surprise appearance at Disney. As you can see from a photo we have here for you, one of Dwayne’s fans managed to get up close and personal with nothing less than “The Rock’s” back end.
The image you see here is what this actor shared over Instagram, and you can clearly see one lady trying to snap a shot of Dwayne’s rear end with her phone camera. Dwayne took this shot to another level by captioning this image “I think the lady to my right is snapping a pic of my bootaaaay,” and as it always goes with his posts or pictures, it managed to receive over 300,000 likes in just one hour.
As I already mentioned this whole “situation” happened when Dwayne decided to make a surprise visit on the Jungle Cruise ride which coincidentally happened just three days after the news about him producing and starring in the film adaptation of the theme park’s popular attraction. He also found out a few things on this ride like “It takes approximately 12.6 minutes for all the passengers to get over the shock of me jumping on the boat” and that someone actually thought that he is just Dwayne’s lookalike. Also, one of the people riding the boat said “Oh the real Rock is much smaller than this guy,” at least according to what Dwayne said. To this, the famous action hero and a boulder of a human had only one thing to say “I threw his a** off the boat.”
Now to the topic of a new movie that Dwayne is playing in. This adaptation will see him in a role of a cruise skipper who is basically a captain of Jungle Cruise’s boats that travel through a river as riders pass by mechanical wildlife and it is slated to begin production in 2018. What is even more interesting is that the puns and jokes the skippers are best known for, will not lack in the movie, at least that is what The Rock promised. He wrote on his Instagram post “This is such an amazing, fantastical and cool world to build out. Best part about this surprise research day was knowing how FUN of an experience we’re gonna work hard to create for families around the world.”
If you remember, Disneyland opened on July 17, 1955. and ever since then, the Jungle Cruise ride has remained one of the most popular attractions it has to offer. One more thing is for sure since Dwayne is making this adaptation, it will surely become even more popular. Prepare for a few jam-packed years Disneyland!
