Dwayne The Rock Johnson is Hollywood’s best-paid actor. But before he became that, he was a WWE wrestler. And a good one at that. His transition from the wrestling ring to big screen went smoothly, so many WWE stars are trying to go his way, and John Cena is just one of them.
Johnson’s movie career started in 2001. Since then he appeared in movies such as The Scorpion King, Walking Tall, Doom, The Game Plan, Tooth Fairy, and most recently in blockbusters such as Fast Five, Pain & Gain, The Fate of The Furious, Baywatch, and Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle.
The six-foot-four 260 pounds superstar had a big frame to begin with, but he further enhanced it with intense workouts. According to Johnson’s friend, Beau Flynn being in a gym is not something that Dwayne loves to do, it’s his therapy. He even has a contractual agreement with studios that he works for, and according to that deal, this segment of his life mustn’t be tampered with while they film.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Fast & Furious franchise star revealed that his muscles got him in a lot of trouble when he was younger. While in a high school, he got into a fight with a boy bigger than him (imagine that) and knocked him unconscious. But, what the Rock didn’t know at that moment is that boy he fought had a health issue. Because of this incident, People’s Champ was expelled from school. Today, he states this incident as the biggest mistake of his life.
Now, Dwayne Johnson doesn’t get into fights with high schoolers, but here and there he gets into altercations with his co-stars. In the same interview, Johnson opened on his feud with F&F star Vin Diesel. This time around two muscle men didn’t get into a fight, but they had an unpleasant exchange of words. Because of their differences, it is not known at the moment will The Rock be a part of the Fast 9 movie.
Together with Jason Statham, he is working on F&F spin-off called Hobbs & Shaw. In addition to that his film Rampage is almost in theaters, it’s followed by Skyscraper and numerous other projects. Also, Dwayne and his girlfriend are expecting a daughter together. Even without Fast 9 on his schedule Brahman Bull has handsful of work. That’s the way he loves it.
