Finally! Dodge Challenger SRT Demon has been presented at the 2017 New York Auto Show, and we had a chance to watch it on the podium in its full glory. So far, it looks good, and we cannot wait to see it hit the race track and unleash its 840 horsepower. Meanwhile, various rendering artists got inspired after seeing the new Demon, and they have already modified it according to their own liking.
Several artists at X-Tomi Design rendered the Challenger SRT Demon, and we really like it because it is a convertible. Even though the ongoing generation of the Challenger has never been produced in the convertible form, if Dodge ever decided to assemble one, this is what it would look like. And yes, it still generates 840 ponies.
We are in love with this rendering, because the artists managed to keep all of the cues and parts that make the Demon unique. Thus, we still have the massive hood scoop, thin front tires, large drag radials in the rear and let’s not forget the flared fenders. Although it is difficult to tell because of the angle, it appears that the roof is folded and packed in the trunk.
The convertible Demon looks gorgeous, indeed. However, the production version is never going to happen, but don’t be too disappointed because you can still get powerful Dodge Challenger SRT Demon that delivers 840 hp. Thanks to this enormous amount of power, this beast can reach 60 miles per hour in just 2.3 seconds. It is expected to go on sale later this year, and we cannot wait for the first test drive.
Do you like the convertible version of the Demon?
