Chicago Bears are one of the worst teams in the NFL as of right now. Their defense is not going to stop anybody. Meanwhile, their starting quarterback won’t be able to play, just like their number one running back. Can they overcome the odds and beat this decent Lions team?
Matthew Stafford doesn’t have Megatron anymore, but he seems to be doing just fine. He is still able to pass for a lot of yards each and every game, and he still can find the end zone. This Lions team looked really good in the second half at Lambeau Field after getting smashed in the first half by the Packers.
Marvin Jones Jr. is Stafford’s primary weapon, and that is quite a bit surprising. Anquan Boldin has emerged as his second favorite pick while Golden Tate would be his third choice. That’s certainly not a great thing for guys that drafted Tate in their fantasy leagues.
Hoyer will be replacing Cutler again on Sunday, and we expect him to perform just like he did against the Cowboys. He is going to be decent, won’t take many chances, that’s for sure. Bears will try to score some points with a short passing game and passes out of the backfield, but that just won’t cut in this duel.
This Detroit Lions team is in the middle of the pack, looking slightly better than expected and we like them to win this game. Both squads will put up some points on the board, but not a lot. In the end, we see Lions prevailing in this match with the final score being 24.17 in favor of the visitors.
