Nobody really expected Cowboys to be as good as they have looked in the first month of the season. Their offense is executing with perfection with two rookies leading the way. But their defense has been the most impressive thing about their 2016 campaign. They are actually showing some signs of effective pass rush. Can they keep the ball rolling against the Packers in Green Bay?
Green Bay has been decent so far to start the season. They are 3-1 right now, but they have a lot of room to improve. Aaron Rodgers has been good, but we expect just a bit more from a guy that is considered as one of the greatest QBs ever to play the game. For sure one of the most talented. Their trademark is offense, and they need to get on the same page. This season is still young, so they will have the time to do that in coming weeks.
Packers’ offense will be a real test for this Cowboys team. A lot of people think that Dallas’ start is for real and that they have a real shot at Postseason success. Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot are balling right now, and they are showing no signs of slowing down. They don’t need to win this game in order to convince us that they are for real. They just need to be competitive, and their defense needs to show up.
Cowboys are the underdog for a reason. We will pick Green Bay to win this match 28:24, but we are not going to count out Dallas. They are one of the most exciting teams to watch in the NFL and they can for sure upset Rodgers at Lambeau Field. This will be a great game.
