Week 3 match between Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys will be quite interesting simply because we didn’t see a lot from offenses from either side. Some predict that this one will be a true defensive slugfest and a game where we won’t see many TDs.
Initially, Seahawks were at -3, but recently that figure shrunk and is at -1 or -1.5 in some places. This suggests that it will be a close game. Also, we need to add that the over/under totals are set to 41.5, and it is something we can expect to happen, as both sides didn’t manage to score a lot in previous two weeks.
At the moment, Dallas franchise is in a far better situation as they have 1-1 score and last week they performed decently in a win against New York Giants. On the other hand, Seattle is at 0-2, and this is their home opener. We are sure that they can’t afford to go to 0-3 and the fans will definitely give everything and support their squad.
In Week 1, Cowboys simply couldn’t move those chains, and things didn’t work. As a result, they managed to score only 8 points. The second Week brought a much better performance versus Giants, but still, that is a far from what is needed if you are looking at one of the spots that leads you to the playoffs. They reached 20 points and controlled the match, even the score suggests that it was a lot closer than it really was.
Seattle lost both of their duels, Bears and Denver were too powerful for them. The season opener was ended with 27-24 on the scoreboard in favor of Broncos while the second clash with Bears was finished 24:17. In Week 2 we saw Russell Wilson, QB of Seahawks, sacked six times while the offense managed to grab a total of 276 yards.
It is believed that we will witness a lot of actions with Cowboys pass rushers chasing Wilson everywhere pressuring him to make mistakes. On the offensive, Dak Prescott will have more room and he might be a little bit more confident after a good Week 2 performance. Zeke being Zeke, just feed him and he will get those yards.
