The highly anticipated new season of the popular reality TV show The Curse of Oak Island is finally here. The first episode is set to air on November 7, while the second one will see the light of day on November 14, so we’ll finally get to see whether the Lagina brothers had more luck in finding the treasure than they did in the previous four seasons. However, even though it’s so close, we’re sure you’d like to get a sneak peek at the forthcoming episodes, so we give you the chance to do so.
The first episode will be a two-hour special which follows Rick and Marty on an engineering mission in an attempt to locate the Money Pit. This “ambitious operation” will eventually pay off judging by the trailers, as the brothers seem to find the location of the original Money Pit and more – they also stumble upon some bone or spike, a coin, and a stone fragment, which are likely to reveal something more later on.
When it comes to the second episode, it seems that it will be primarily focused on a newly discovered chest which dates back to the 1700s. This chest is significant as it indicates that there is a possibility of pirates visiting the island back then. Another thing the trailer reveals is that it will be Marty’s son Alex who will open the chest. The team will find three keys, and we see Rick examining one of them, but it is not clear whether that’s the same key Alex used to open the chest or not. So, it seems that you can’t get the whole picture until you watch the entire episode.
Finally, we have found out that the team and some of the members will be involved in some kind of accident during the new season. For instance, one scene shows that someone is blasted by a high-pressure hose, while in another we see the arrival of an ambulance.
This is all we know so far, so don’t miss the premiere of your favorite TV show and see what exactly happens with the two brothers and their team.
