2Anthony Brown and what to make of him?

Anthony Brown wasn’t in his best edition against Raiders, and it surfaced when he dropped key interception opportunities, including the one on the series that ultimately ended with Carr’s touchback. He could basically secure his team’s win if he caught that ball, but unfortunately, these things happen. As you could see, safety Jeff Heath’s endzone deflection and smart play on Carr’s touchback pretty much rescued Brown and somewhat mitigated his bad day on the field. Despite Brown’s bad luck that day, PFF actually grades him as highest of all Cowboys defenders, mainly because he broke up three passes (he allowed 3 interceptions as well though) and held opponents to 4 yards after the catch on the three receptions.
